Lunch: Lettuce, Cucumber, tomato, beef, beetroot, ham, grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, greek style fat free yogurt
Tea: Cabbage, potato, stock (colcannon), 3 clayford sausages (1.5), carrot, broccoli, baby sweetcorn, mangetout
Syns: Cider (5), 3 extra dry martinis with slimline tonic (7.5)

I lost 3.5lbs!!! So pleased myself, was definitely worth the effort and I plan to do the same this week, stay on red and where possible stay at 10 syns a day. If I can do the same again this week that'll be half a stone. Obviously I know that its not practical, but a few 'good' weeks like this would be just the thing to speed up progress a little. I'd love to get my 6 stone award before SAFE, but I doubt it would happen, and then if I had a gain it'd undo some of the hard work, but as long as it is going the right direction that's the main thing!
Went out tonight and used the rest of my syns drinking martini extra dry with slimline tonic, its only 2.5 for a 50mls shot & the tonic is syn free!
