27.6.12 - Red

Healthy Extras A: 250mls Semi Skimmed Milk, 30g Cheddar
Healthy Extras B: 200g New Potatoes, 2 slices wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf

Breakfast: strawberries, raspberries, grapes, blueberries & shape delight 0% mango yogurt

Lunch: Ham & Tikka Chicken, lettuce, cucumber, diced peppers, cherry tomatoes, whole baby beetroots, 2 coffees 

banana

Tea: new potatoes, salmon, mangetout, carrot, brocolli, baby sweetcorn, shape delight 0% peach & passionfruit, coffee, 

apple, grapes, fried cheese sandwich dipped in beaten egg, hula hoops (6.5), funsize mars (4)

Thoughts

Still feeling very positive about it all this week, managed to go all day without any syns and used 10.5 before bed as an afterthought! Really enjoyed my supper because it felt naughty, even though it was my A & B with a beaten egg, cooked in frylight, and already looking forward to having it again tomorrow. Might even suggest Chris trying it!
Already have breakfast planned, and salad for lunch, nothing for tea yet, but we're shopping tomorrow, so should find something nice
