B: 35g Dried weight whole wheat Pasta, 2 slices wholemeal bread from400g loaf
Breakfast: Raspberries, Grapes, Blueberries, Strawberries & Banana. Mango Shape Delight 0% yogurt, coffee
Coffee, Apple
Tea (milk not from HEA, so 1/2 a syn)
Lunch: Lettuce, Carrot, Red Cabbage, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Breast & Mushroom Omelette (no milk added, just 3 eggs & seasoning), coffee
Dinner: Carrot, Cauliflower, Brocolli, Ham & Pasta bake, Banana & a coffee
Syns: (1/2) dash of milk (as above), 25g bag of salt & vinegar hula hoops (6.5), 15g reduced fat soft cheese (1), funsized Mars (4), Hifi light (3)n = 15 syns

Thoughts
Really enjoyed tea tonight, its a 'normal' meal which I love and thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat the lot without having to worry about syns. Lunch was really nice too. Wasn't sure about how a chicken & mushroom omelette would turn out, but it was delicious
Still feeling a little bad about going over 10 syns. I'd intended this week to only have 10 a day where possible, but at least I stayed within limit and didn't go over 15.
